Supporting children and youth

I support children and adolescents in a calm, nurturing, and trauma-informed space where they feel safe to explore challenges and feel truly seen and understood. Through a compassionate, collaborative approach, I journey alongside young people as they develop emotional awareness, learn to regulate their nervous systems, and build resilience in their daily lives.

My work focuses on strengthening Self-esteem and confidence, supporting goal setting, and helping children and youth recognize their own strengths and inner resources. I gently encourage the cultivation of interoception and somatic awareness, supporting young people in tuning into their thoughts, feelings, and body sensations in ways that feel safe and empowering.
 
Together, we invest in learning about the Self through meaningful, age-appropriate activities that deepen self-knowledge, emotional insight, and self-compassion. This process supports children and adolescents in developing healthier relationships with themselves and others, while building the skills they need to navigate school, relationships, and life with greater confidence and ease.
